Ski guide

~Matters to check before arriving~

1. Reservation confirmation

・If there are any changes to reservation items such as the date of stay, number of guests, etc., please contact us as soon as possible.

・Reservations can only be made online.

・All settlements will be made in advance at the time of booking.

2. Customers who come by other than their own car

・Please note that if you use a means of transportation other than a car, we will not be able to pick you up.
・Only during the winter ski season, you can walk from the bus stop to our hotel if you have a ski tour accommodation plan sponsored by Shinki Limon Tour and Ryobi Bus.

 

3. Customers who come by car

・Compared to the past, the snow removal system has progressed dramatically, so it is much easier to run on snowy roads. However, Hachikita has the heaviest snowfall in Hyogo Prefecture, and there are narrow and steep slopes.
・Please check the snow conditions and road conditions on the day of the event, and appropriately judge the conditions at that time when installing winter tires and chains.Please prepare early and drive safely. Please note that in the event of an emergency, the customer will need to make their own arrangements, such as contacting JAF.
・It may be necessary to remove the snow from your car during your stay. Please prepare a shovel and a snow brush.
・Parking fees apply during the winter ski season. Please pay at the toll gate at the entrance of Hachikita Ski Resort, and if you are staying at the hotel, you will receive a discounted rate.

 

4. Meal information

・Since there are few facilities in the neighborhood where you can have breakfast and dinner, we recommend that you finish it on the way or bring your own food.
・There is an IH stove, freezer, refrigerator, rice cooker, and microwave in the shared kitchen in the hotel, and you can use it freely.
・When using the refrigerator, please write your name and check-out date on the bag so that it is used correctly.
・Please note that anything left in the refrigerator after the check-out time will be discarded.
・We ask for your cooperation in sorting garbage and cleaning up afterwards.

5. Amenities/Equipment

We have the following items available.

・Towels, toothbrushes, razors, combs, and yukata are not provided, so please bring your own.

6. Unmanned hotel

・It is not possible to store your luggage in advance by courier service.
・Since there is no resident staff at the hotel, please be sure to check the hotel's website before making a reservation and before arriving on the day, and check the various precautions and usage guides.
・Cameras are installed in the building for crime prevention. Please be forewarned.

~Arrival~Guide to check-in~

1. Arrival

・On the day of your stay, we will guide you to your room Check-in time is 15:00.
・The entrance door of the hotel is auto-locked for crime prevention. To unlock the door, please access the hotel website and unlock the door from the URL of the front door unlock key. To enter the entrance during your stay, you will need to access from this URL and unlock the door each time.

  

2. Customers who come by car

・For cars, please use the nearby parking lot indicated on this map.

・When parking, snow may fall from the roof, so please be careful.
・The driver is responsible for the safety of driving the car. Please note that the hotel will not be held responsible for any accidents or troubles that occur in the parking lot.
・Since the parking brake may freeze during winter, we recommend that you release the parking brake.
・Parking fees apply during the winter ski season. Please pay at the toll gate at the entrance of Hachikita Ski Resort, and if you are staying at the hotel, you will receive a discounted rate.

3. Information on changing rooms and luggage storage

・If you go to the slopes before check-in time on the day, you can use the changing room and luggage storage area. Available from 8:00 in the morning.
・Please note that the hotel will not take any responsibility for theft or loss of money or other items.

4. Discount lift ticket for hotel guests

・Lift discount tickets for hotel guests may be issued for a limited time and can be found at the front counter. If the discount ticket is issued, the discount will be applied to the amount written on the lift ticket from the accommodation date to the check-out date. (Please note that the discount will not be applied if there is no discount coupon at the front desk.)

5. Guide to the ski slopes

・The nearest lift is the Minshuku Single Lift, but please check the lift operation status on the day on the Hachikita Ski Resort website before using.

6. Information on entering the room after returning

・When you return from the slopes, please put away the tools in the drying room.
・It is recommended that you bring clothing and gloves other than tools to your room. Please manage it by yourself so that there is no mistake. The hotel will not be held responsible for any mishandling or loss.
・Please see this video for how to check in.

・Once you enter the room, please check the emergency evacuation route just in case.
・The room door is auto-locking. Please be sure to take your card key with you when you leave the room. If you lose the lock or card key, the person in charge will need to go to the site to reissue the key.

~Information during your stay in the hotel~

1. Guidance of the use time

・Curfing time: 24:00 (For security reasons, the front door will be locked.)
・Check-in: 15:00 to 24:00 (Cannot be used after the final check-in time.)
・Check-out: Until 10:00

2. Guidance of the shower room

・Operating hours: 15:00 to 9:30 the next morning
*Please note that the shower room will be cleaned during the day for guests staying multiple nights.
・There are one male and one female shower room. When using the bath, hang a tag that says "Bath" and lock it from the inside.
・Only the shower can be used, and the bathtub cannot be used. Please be aware in advance.

3. Using the shared kitchen

・You can use the shared kitchen in the hotel freely.
・When using the refrigerator, please put it in a bag with your name written on it and use it correctly.
・Please note that anything left in the refrigerator after the check-out time will be discarded.
・If you are staying multiple nights, please let us know your check-out date.
・When using the shared kitchen, other customers may also use it, so please be respectful of each other. Also, please be careful not to disturb other customers such as garbage and dirt.
・Please note that you cannot take home equipment.

4. Wifi

・Wi-Fi is available in guest rooms. The password is posted in your room.

5. Guidance of guest room service

・Towels, toothbrushes, razors, combs, and yukata are not provided in the room, so please bring your own.
・Please raise and lower the futon by yourself.

6. Emergency contact during your stay

・In the unlikely event of an emergency, please call 090-1441-1362. The person in charge will respond.

~ Check-out ~ Guidance until you leave ~

1. Check out

・Check-out time is 10:00.
・Please use the automated system to check out yourself. Please note that you cannot check out without returning the room card key at that time. In this case, the person in charge will need to go to the site to reissue the key, and it will take time to respond, and 2,000 yen will be charged as a reissue fee, so please be careful.
・After check-out, you can use the luggage storage area and changing room until 16:00.
・You cannot open the room door after you check out, so please be careful not to leave anything behind. If you forget something, the person in charge will go to the site, so please be aware that it will take time to respond.
・Please note that the hotel will not take any responsibility for theft or loss of money or other items.
・When returning by car, the steep downhill to the parking lot toll gate is narrow and very slippery and dangerous. Going downhill on snowy roads is more dangerous than going uphill. Even if it is not snowing, the snow that melted during the daytime may be frozen in the evening, so please be careful.
・Before you leave, please check once again if you have forgotten anything, and after completing the parking fee cashback, please be careful when you leave. We look forward to seeing you again.
・There is a parking fee cashback for overnight guests, so please exchange it for a parking ticket stub at the Sky Energy Muraoka gas station. In addition, the deadline for exchange is limited to within 7 days from the date of issue of the parking ticket.
