Application for accommodation contract
Article 2
 1. A person who intends to apply for an accommodation contract with the Hotel shall notify the Hotel of the following items.
(1) Guest's name, address, age, gender, nationality and occupation
(2) Accommodation date and estimated time of arrival
(3) If guests under the age of 18 are staying at the hotel alone, it is necessary to submit a consent form signed by a person with parental authority.
(4) Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel
 2. A person who has applied for accommodation shall, when requested by the Hotel to submit a guest list containing the guest's name, address, telephone number, etc., to submit it immediately even after the accommodation contract has been concluded. will do.
 3. The hotel may call the contact information provided by the guest to confirm the reservation on any day prior to the scheduled date of stay.
 4. In the event that the Guest requests, during his/her stay, the continuation of the stay beyond the accommodation date in Item 2 of the preceding Paragraph, the Hotel shall treat it as an application for a new Accommodation Contract at the time such request is made. To do.

Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.
Article 3

 1. The accommodation contract shall be concluded when the hotel accepts the application in the preceding article. However, this does not apply if the Applicant is unable to prove that the Hotel has accepted the application or proves that the Hotel has not accepted the application.

If the Hotel presents an incorrect accommodation charge on the Internet site or informs of an incorrect accommodation charge over the phone, and the Hotel accepts an application for an accommodation contract based on the said accommodation charge, In the event that the relevant charges are remarkably lower than the accommodation charges for the preceding and following dates, unless there is an indication or information regarding the reason for the lower charges, such as "limited", "special", or "campaign", Since the acceptance is based on a civil law error, the accommodation contract will be void, and we will promptly notify you to that effect.
 3. When an accommodation contract has been concluded in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1, the application fee specified by the hotel up to the basic accommodation fee for the period of stay shall be paid by the date specified by the hotel.
 4. The deposit shall first be applied to the final accommodation charge to be paid by the guest, and in the event that a situation arises in which the provisions of Articles 6 and 16 apply, then the penalty shall be paid in order of compensation. If there is any remaining balance, it will be refunded at the time of payment of charges as stipulated in Article 10.
 5. If the application fee in paragraph 3 is not paid by the date specified by the hotel in accordance with the provisions of the same paragraph, the accommodation contract will become invalid. However, this is limited to cases where the Hotel has notified the Guest to that effect when specifying the due date for payment of the deposit.
 

Special contract requiring no payment of application fee
Article 4
 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 3 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may accept a special contract that does not require the payment of the application fee as stipulated in the same Paragraph after the contract is concluded.
 2. If the Hotel has not requested payment of the application fee as stipulated in Paragraph 3 of the preceding Article or has not specified the due date for payment of the application fee at the time of accepting the application for the Accommodation Contract, the special contract as stipulated in the preceding Paragraph has been accepted. treated as

Refusal to conclude an accommodation contract
Article 5
The hotel may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in the following cases.
 (1) When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
 (2) When there is no room in the guest room due to full occupancy.
 (3) When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay is likely to act against the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals regarding accommodation.
 (4) When it is recognized that there is a risk of disturbing the peaceful order within the hotel, such as when the person seeking accommodation has filed a complaint or request without reasonable grounds within the hotel.
 (5) When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to fall under any of the following items (a) to (d).
  A. Designated gangsters and designated gangsters, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "gangsters" and "gangsters") or their related parties as stipulated in the Act on Prevention of Unfair Acts by Gangsters (enforced on March 1, 1992) , associate members of organized crime groups or other anti-social forces.
  B. When an organized crime group or a gang member is a corporation or other organization that controls business activities.
  C. A corporation whose officers are members of organized crime groups.
  D Anti-social groups, members of anti-social groups and their related parties.
 (6) When the person seeking accommodation behaves in a manner that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
 (7) When the person who intends to stay is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease.
 (8) When a person seeking accommodation causes trouble to other guests by singing, singing, dancing, playing music, etc. during the stay.
 (9) When the person who intends to stay is clearly recognized as incapable of paying.
 (10) When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to behave suspiciously.
 (11) When a violent request is made regarding accommodation, or when a burden exceeding a reasonable range is requested.
 (12) When accommodation cannot be provided due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
 (13) When the person who intends to stay is intoxicated and it is recognized that there is a risk of causing significant inconvenience to other guests. Or when the guest behaves in a manner that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
 (14) When a person who has applied for accommodation has made the application while keeping his/her commercial purpose confidential.

Guest Right to Cancel Contract
Article 6

 1. The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the hotel.
 2. In the event that the Guest has canceled the Accommodation Contract in whole or in part (in accordance with the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3, the Hotel has requested payment of the application deposit by specifying the due date). (Except when the guest cancels the accommodation contract before the payment is made.) However, in the event that the Hotel has agreed to a special agreement as set forth in Article 4, Paragraph 1, the Hotel will notify the Guest of the obligation to pay the penalty when the Guest cancels the Accommodation Contract in response to the special agreement.  3. If the guest does not arrive by the scheduled arrival time on the day of accommodation without contacting the hotel, the hotel may treat the accommodation contract as being canceled by the guest.

The hotel's right to cancel the contract
Article 7

 1. The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
  (1) When it is recognized that there is a risk that the guest will act contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals regarding accommodation, or when it is recognized that he or she has done the same.
  (2) When the Guest is found to be disturbing the peaceful order of the Hotel, such as making complaints or requests without reasonable grounds within the Hotel.
  (3) When the guest is deemed to fall under any of the following items (a) to (c).
   A. Organized crime groups, gang members, associate members of organized crime groups, persons affiliated with organized crime groups, and other anti-social forces.
   B When an organized crime group or a gang member is a corporation or other organization that controls business activities.
   C. A corporation whose officers are members of organized crime groups.
  (4) When the Guest behaves in a way that causes significant inconvenience to other Guests.
  (5) When the guest is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease.
  (6) When a violent request is made regarding accommodation, or when a burden exceeding a reasonable range is requested.
  (7) When it is not possible to provide accommodation due to reasons caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.
  (8) When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay is intoxicated, etc., and may cause significant inconvenience to other guests. Or when the guest behaves in a manner that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
  (9) When smoking outside the designated area, mischiefing firefighting equipment, etc., or not complying with the "usage rules" stipulated in this agreement.
  (10) When it becomes clear that it is stipulated in Article 5, item 11 after the accommodation contract is concluded.
  (11) When the person who applied for accommodation does not immediately respond to the hotel's request based on Article 2, Paragraph 2.
 2. When the hotel cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the reason for cancellation is in accordance with item 7 of the preceding paragraph, the hotel will refund the charges for accommodation services that the guest has not yet received. In the case of other cancellation reasons, charges for accommodation services, etc. that have not yet been provided will also be charged as a penalty and will not be refunded.

Registration of accommodation
Article 8

 1. Guests are required to register the following items at the front desk of the hotel on the day of their stay.
  (1) Guest's name, age, gender, address
  (2) For foreigners, nationality, passport number, place of entry and date of entry
  (3) Confirmation and copy of passport
  (4) Departure date and scheduled departure time
  (5) Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel

Room usage time
Article 9
 1. Guests can use the hotel's guest rooms from 3:00 pm to 10:00 am the next day. However, if you stay consecutively, you can use it all day except for the day of arrival and departure.

Payment of fees
Article 10 

 1. Payments for accommodation fees, etc., are to be made through the Internet reservation site, and are to be paid in advance using the credit card settlement method at the time of reservation.
 2. After the hotel has provided a guest room to the guest and made it available for use, the accommodation fee will be charged even if the guest voluntarily does not stay.

Our responsibility
Article 11

 1. The hotel will compensate for the damages in the event that the hotel has caused damages to the guests due to the fulfillment of the accommodation contract and related contracts, or the non-fulfillment thereof. However, this shall not apply when it is due to reasons not attributable to the hotel.
 2. The hotel's responsibility for accommodation begins when the guest completes the check-in procedure at the hotel and ends when the guest opens the guest room for check-out.
 3. The hotel has ryokan liability insurance in order to deal with unforeseen circumstances.

Handling when contracted guest rooms cannot be provided
Article 12
 1. When the hotel cannot provide the guest with the contracted guest room, the hotel shall obtain the guest's consent and arrange other accommodation facilities under the same conditions as much as possible.
 2.If the hotel cannot arrange other accommodation notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel will pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the cancellation charges, and the compensation fee will be applied to the reparations. However, if there is no reason attributable to the hotel for not being able to provide the guest room, no compensation fee will be paid.

Handling of deposited items
Article 13

 1. Cash, valuables, works of art, antiques, fragile items, liquid items, raw items, etc. cannot be kept.
 2. All items, valuables, and cash brought into the hotel by the customer shall be stored and managed at the customer's responsibility, and if there is no reason attributable to the hotel, loss, loss, damage, etc. will not be held responsible for

Storage of guest's baggage or personal belongings
Article 14

 1. Customers' luggage cannot be kept in advance by courier service. Also, if you arrive before the check-in time on the day, you can use the changing room and luggage storage for purposes such as skiing. In that case, please use the drying room to store your luggage and valuables.
 2. After the guest has checked out, if the guest's baggage or belongings are left behind at the hotel, the following shall be handled to the extent permitted by law.
  (1) Cash and valuables: After being kept at the hotel for 7 days, including the date of discovery, they will be delivered to the nearest police station.
  (2) Perishables: Regardless of price, expiry date, etc., they will be disposed of on the same day they are found.
  (3) Other properties: After being stored at the hotel for 14 days, including the date of discovery, they will be disposed of.

Parking liability
Article 15
 When guests use the local parking lot, we are not responsible for the management of the vehicle, regardless of whether the vehicle key is deposited.

Guest Responsibility
Article 16

 1.If the hotel suffers damage due to the guest's intention or negligence, the guest will be required to compensate the hotel for the damage.

 2. In order to smoothly receive the accommodation services based on the accommodation contract, if the guest recognizes that the accommodation service has been provided that differs from the contents of the accommodation contract, the guest must promptly notify the hotel to that effect. must be

Disclaimer
Article 17

 The use of computer communications from within the hotel is at the customer's own risk.The hotel will not be held responsible for any damages incurred by the user as a result of service interruption due to system failure or other reasons while using computer communication. In addition, if the hotel or a third party suffers damage due to an act that our company deems inappropriate for the use of computer communication, we will ask you to compensate for the damage.

Refusal to continue using
Article 18
 The hotel may refuse to continue use in the following cases.
 (1) When there is an unfavorable act towards the hotel, or when it is recognized that there is a risk of doing so.
 (2) When you violate these terms and conditions (including cases where the hotel determines that there is a risk of violation).

Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Article 19

 Disputes concerning accommodation contracts between the hotel and guests shall be governed by Japanese law, and the district court where the hotel is located shall be the court of jurisdiction.
